62-330.601

General Permit for the Installation, Construction and Maintenance of Inshore Reefs

PURPOSE:

The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) proposes to amend portions of Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., and create a new rule. These amendments and new rule will create a new General Permit for the Installation, Construction and Maintenance of Inshore Reefs. These changes will simplify and clarify rule language, increase efficiency, add protections for the environment, and improve coordination with other agencies.

SUBJECT:

Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., will be amended to add a new general permit for the installation, construction and maintenance of inshore reefs.
