	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, November 7, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

PLACE:	Virtually on Microsoft Teams

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a Project Visioning Team (PVT) meeting with project stakeholders regarding the State Road (S.R.) 520 Causeway Vulnerability Study from U.S. 1 (S. Cocoa Boulevard) to S.R. A1A (N. Atlantic Avenue) in Brevard County (Financial Project Identification (FPID) No.: 455020-1). The purpose of the S.R. 520 Causeway Vulnerability Study is to evaluate the resiliency of S.R 520 from U.S. 1 to S.R. A1A. The study will establish the current resiliency condition of the existing transportation structures and assess potential impacts due to flooding, storms, and sea level rise. The study will consider the risks due to environmental and engineering hazards and develop mitigation measures that include near-term and long-term solutions. The S.R. 520 Causeway Vulnerability Study PVT is a group of local community partners assembled to serve as advisors during the study. The PVT meeting is being held to present information and receive feedback. The PVT meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams. Invitations have been sent to the PVT stakeholders. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status.
