	The Florida Department of Transportation, District Two announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Virtual: November 6, 2025, Open House: 5:30 to 6:00 p.m., Presentation & Public Comment Period: 6:30 p.m. In-Person November 13, 2025, Open House: 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Presentation & Public Comment Period: 6:30 p.m.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Two invites you to attend the US 17 (SR 5/Main Street) Hybrid Subsequent Public Hearing (Financial Project ID: 209411-9) to discuss the proposed improvements to US 17 from Airport Center Drive to Max Leggett Parkway in Duval County, Florida. The purpose of this Subsequent Public Hearing is to present the changes to the US 17 project during the Design Phase and provide an opportunity for the public to express their opinions and concerns regarding the proposed improvements. FDOT offers several options to participate in the Hybrid Subsequent Public Hearing. You may join the Virtual Hearing on November 6, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m. from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Please register at www.nflroads.com/vph. Alternatively, you may attend the In-Person Hearing on November 13, 2025, at the Hilton Gargen Inn located at 13503 Ranch Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. The In-Person Hearing will start with an open house from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by a presentation and public comment period at 6:30 p.m. As of October 16, 2025, draft project documents and other information were made available for public review at the Highlands Regional Library, located at 1826 Dunn Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32218, and the FDOT District Two Jacksonville Urban Office, located at 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204, as well as the project website at www.nflroads.com/US17. While comments about the project are accepted at any time, please note that comments must be received by November 24, 2025, to be included in the official hearing record. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status. People who require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act or who require translation services (free of charge) should contact Yuanet Letzelter, PE, Project Manager, at (904) 360-5577 at least seen (7) days prior to the hearing.
