Overview



	The DeSoto County Hospital District d/b/a DeSoto Memorial Hospital announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 10, 2025, 10 AM

PLACE:	DeSoto Memorial Hospital, McSwain Conference Room

Subject:	Pursuant to Florida Statute section 155.40, the Board of Directors determined at the public meeting held June 26, 2025 that it is in the best interest of our community to initiate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process in search of a qualified partner, lessor, affiliate, purchaser or joint venture participant. Please be advised that DCHD has initiated the RFP process which may be viewed on the DMH.org website. A public meeting was held on October 16th to evaluate all proposals and three finalists were selected to make presentations to the Board of Directors on November 10th.
