64B3-6.001

Manner of Application

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes amendments to implement a new background screening requirement for applicants for licensure that will become effective July 1, 2025, in accordance with Chapter 2024-243, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments incorporate by reference the amended licensure applications implementing §456.0135, the background screening requirement for applicants for licensure effective July 1, 2025, in accordance with Chapter 2024-243, Laws of Florida.
