69U-100.323

Attestation of Compliance

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to amend the rule in order to better implement s. 655.0323(3), F.S., requiring attestations of statutory compliance.

SUMMARY:

The amendment requires that attestations of compliance must be made by a person in authority, to wit: an “executive officer” as that term is defined by statute.
