Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportaion, District One announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 13, 2025; 4:30 pm

PLACE:	Jack Stroup Sebring Civic Center, 355 W. Center Ave. Sebring, FL 33870

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to a public meeting for SR 25 / US 27 at Sebring Parkway in Highlands County on November 13, 2025. The in-person open-house will begin at 4:30 p.m. The purpose of this project is to improve safety at this intersection. The meeting is being held to present information about the proposed design. The meeting provides the opportunity for the public to offer feedback on the proposed plan for the project record. The Department has three ways to participate in the meeting: by attending the in-person event at Jack Stroup Sebring Civic Center on November 13, 2025, by participating in a virtual meeting through GoToWebinar on November 19, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. (details below), or by viewing the materials online through the project website www.swflroads.com/project/451362-1. The virtual meeting will include a digital presentation from 5:00 pm to 5:15 pm covering the same information available at the in-person meeting. The meeting will then open for questions and comments from 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm. The registration link required for the virtual meeting is https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/184609552090767197. All meeting material will be available online or at the in-person event. You may choose any combination of the options provided to review the materials and to submit your comments. FDOT is sending notices to all property owners, business owners, interested persons and organizations to provide the opportunity to give comments to FDOT regarding this project. While comments about the project are accepted at any time, please send your comments by December 3, 2025 to be included in the public record. A summary of the workshop comments and responses will be available on the website approximately 30 days following the hearing.
