Adoption Benefits for Qualifying Employees of State Agencies and Other Eligible Applicants

PURPOSE:

Rulemaking is intended to expand the open enrollment period regarding adoption benefits.

SUMMARY:

Amendments: (1) removes language to expand the open enrollment period and (2) updates form CF-FSP 5327 to add tax collector.
