Overview



	The Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 21, 2025, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or until the conclusion of the meeting.

PLACE:	Jupiter Community Center, 200 Military Trail Jupiter, Florida 33458

Subject:	This is a one-day workshop organized by the APA Florida Treasure Coast Section and is designed to provide attendees with basic instruction and information about: planning principles and processes; responsibilities of various advisory boards; legal considerations; public participation methods; running board meetings; sustainability; urban design; economics of development and redevelopment; growth management techniques; transportation planning; and current and emerging planning trends. Attendees may include one or more board members, elected officials, and staff from the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council; Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties and their respective county agencies and departments; transportation planning and metropolitan planning organizations; and municipal governments in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties.
