PURPOSE:

This rulemaking will update definitions, eligibility and application requirements, as well as application sponsorship priorities, application processing, continued eligibility, and requirements for adding or changing approved practice locations for foreign physicians to apply to the Florida Department of Health for sponsorship.

SUBJECT:

The proposed changes will clarify the requirements for foreign physicians to apply to the Florida Department of Health for sponsorship for the Conrad 30 program.
