Application and Certification Process

PURPOSE:

Amendments will add requirements for provisional certification of a domestic violence center pursuant to Chapter Law 2025-186.

SUMMARY:

Amendments (1) clarifies language, (2) incorporates the amended Application for Initial Certification, (3) adds on-site review of facility, and (4) adds provisional certification requirements.
