61B-85.001

Filing Reporting Information

PURPOSE:

The reporting requirement in 720.303(13) was repealed in 2017. The proposed change would repeal 61B-85.001 accordingly.

SUMMARY:

61B-85.001, F.A.C. sets forth reporting guidelines for community association managers, management firms, or, in the absence of the aforementioned, the association itself. The proposed rulemaking repeals 61B-85.001 in accordance with the 2017 repeal of the reporting requirement.
