	The Regional Rural Transportation Planning Technical Advisory Committee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 9th 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

Subject:	The RRTP will virtually meet on December 9th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Join us live via GoToWebinar! 1. Click to register and a link to the Webinar will be emailed to you: www.gotostage.com/channel/ecrc 2. When it is time for the webinar, click the emailed link, then choose one of the following audio options: TO USE YOUR COMPUTER'S AUDIO: When the Webinar begins, you will be connected to audio using your computer's microphone and speakers (VoIP). A headset is recommended. -- OR -- TO USE YOUR TELEPHONE: If you prefer to use your phone, you must select "Use Telephone" after joining the webinar and call in using the numbers provided. Public Forum All comments submitted at least 24 hours before are guaranteed to be read during the public meeting. Comments submitted after the 24-hour deadline will be recorded and disseminated to the Board.
