PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this proposed rulemaking is to update the rules to reflect the change in the federal tax law regarding reporting requirements for gambling win events.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking amends Commission rules in order to update the rules to reflect the change in federal tax law regarding reporting requirements for gambling win events.
