Overview



	The Commercial Motor Vehicle Review Board announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Second Thursday of every month, as follows: January 8, 2026, 8:30 a.m.; February 12, 2026, 8:30 a.m.; March 12, 2026, 8:30 a.m.; April 9, 2026, 8:30 a.m.; May 14, 2026, 8:30 a.m.; June 11, 2026, 8:30 a.m.; July 9, 2026, 8:30 a.m.; August 13, 2026, 8:30 a.m.; September 10, 2026, 8:30 a.m.; October 8, 2026, 8:30 a.m.; November 12, 2026, 8:30 a.m.; December 10, 2026, 8:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Florida Dept. of Transportation, Barry Bldg. Monticello Conference Room, 3185 Blairstone Road, Tallahassee, FL Persons wishing to participate via web conference must notify the Review Board no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the hearing date, by contacting Marie Tucker, Executive Assistant, Commercial Motor Vehicle Review Board, 605 Suwannee St. MS 90, Tallahassee, FL 32399 (850)410-5555.

Subject:	This is a monthly meeting of the Commercial Motor Vehicle Review Board for the purpose of reviewing penalties imposed upon any vehicle or persons under the provisions of Chapter 316, Florida Statutes, relating to weights imposed on the highway by the axles and wheels of motor vehicles, to special fuel and motor fuel tax compliance, or to violations of safety regulations.
