RULE:

68D-15.002

Effective Means of Propulsion for Safe Navigation

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking will modify the criteria and guidelines for law enforcement to determine whether a vessel has an effective means of propulsion for safe navigation to reflect the statutory changes to section 327.4107

SUMMARY:

The criteria for determining whether vessels have an effective means of propulsion of vessel for safe navigation is being modified.
