Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Grants Program

PURPOSE:

The proposed amendment will update the Guidelines and applications for the Florida Boating Improvement Program and Florida’s Boating Infrastructure Grant Program to clarify grant requirements. The effect of the rule amendment will be to better inform applicants and aid in the Commission’s administration of these Programs.

SUMMARY:

This rule will incorporate proposed revisions to the Guidelines for the Florida Boating Improvement Program and Florida’s Boating Infrastructure Grant Program to clarify grant requirements.
