PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed revisions is to incorporate into the District’s rules a revised and updated operating agreement between the District and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regarding the division of responsibility for evaluating activities that require a permit under Part IV, Chapter 373, Florida Statutes (F.S.).
