Citation Authority

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the new proposed rule is to implement section 499.066(8), Florida Statutes, as to the use of citations for certain violations relating to the Florida Drug and Cosmetic Act. The proposed rule will also incorporate the form used to issue citations.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule creates new Rule 61N-1.0241, F.A.C. which provides for the issuance of citations for certain violations relating to the Florida Drug and Cosmetic Act.
