Overview



	The The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026, 12 p.m. (CST)

PLACE:	Online, www.nwflroads.com/calendar

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a virtual project update to present new information and gather feedback concerning the U.S. 90 over White River bridge replacement project in Santa Rosa County. This virtual project update can be viewed beginning at 12 p.m. (CST), Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026, at www.nwflroads.com/calendar. The intent of this project is to replace the existing two-lane westbound bridge on U.S. 90 over the White River with a new three-lane bridge. The eastbound bridge will also be widened from two to three lanes to help manage traffic during construction and to accommodate future plans to expand U.S. 90 to six lanes. In addition, roadway approaches in both directions will be resurfaced or reconstructed as needed. Additional right of way is required. Bids for construction are scheduled to occur late 2028. Maps, drawings, and other information is available online beginning at 12 p.m. (CST), Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026, at www.nwflroads.com/calendar. Project materials may also be viewed by contacting the Project Manager at the information below. Representatives are available to discuss the proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments.
