PURPOSE:

The purpose of this amendment is to implement the changes made to Chapter 120, F.S. by Chapter 2025-189, L.O.F., to clarify and update existing requirements and to repeal an obsolete rule.

SUBJECT:

This amendment will clarify existing and implement new requirements for rule adoptions, F.A.R. notices, and materials incorporated by reference. Required notices and certifications will now be incorporated by reference. Rule 1-1.014 may be repealed as obsolete.
