The My Safe Florida Condominium Pilot Program

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking implements the statutory changes made to the My Safe Florida Condominium Pilot Program (Program) in House Bill 393. The rulemaking will provide more clarity to applicants regarding eligibility for participation and the process for grant applications. The rule provides information on participant eligibility and improvements that are reimbursable under the Program.

SUMMARY:

This rule will outline the requirements for the My Safe Florida Condominium Pilot Program.
