Overview



	The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	This is a virtual meeting that will be conducted by telephone using the GoToMeeting platform. Customers and other interested persons who want to participate must register in advance of the meeting using the procedure described below. The public may view a live stream of the customer meeting online using the link available at https://www.floridapsc.com/watch-archive-psc-events. HOW TO REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE: Persons who wish to speak at the virtual customer meeting must sign up in advance of the meeting. The preferred method of registration is via the Public Service Commission’s online registration form, which will be available at www.FloridaPSC.com, under the “Hot Topics” heading on the home page. Registration is also available by emailing speakersignup@psc.state.fl.us. Customers without internet access can sign up to speak by calling 850-413-7080. Registration will open on January 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., and close on January 26, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. One day prior to the meeting, Commission staff will provide registered persons further instruction on how to participate. All customers who wish to comment are urged to join the meeting promptly at the scheduled time. The meeting will be adjourned once those present have spoken. Subject:	Docket No. 20250094-WS – Application for staff-assisted rate case in Polk County by GCP Plantation Landings, LLC. The purpose of the meeting is to give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to provide comments and ask questions regarding the quality of service the utility provides, the proposed rate increase, and other relevant issues. One or more of the Commissioners of the Florida Public Service Commission may attend and participate in this meeting.
