	The Osceola County announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	VIRTUAL: Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. IN-PERSON: Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.

Subject:	Osceola County invites you to a Public Hearing for the Sunbridge Parkway Extension Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study from Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (U.S. 192) to Nova Road (County Road (C.R.) 532). The Sunbridge Parkway Extension Public Hearing is being conducted to allow persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed improvements. You can participate live online or in-person. The same materials will be displayed at both the online and in-person events. LIVE ONLINE OPTION: Register in advance: attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/8877117584422391638 Tuesday, February 3, 2026 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. This event will include a viewing of the project video and the opportunity to provide comment for the public record. Please review the materials on project webpage before attending the virtual event at one.osceola.org/sunbridgeparkway. Materials will be posted by Tuesday, January 13, 2026. PHONE-IN OPTION (LISTEN ONLY): Tuesday, February 3, 2026 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Persons may also call into the hearing by dialing 213-929-4212 and entering the passcode 817-435-770 when prompted. Persons choosing this option are encouraged to provide comments or ask questions after the hearing by contacting Osceola County Project Manager Stephanie Underwood, PE. IN-PERSON OPTION: Wednesday, February 4, 2026 5:30 p.m. The in-person hearing location will open the doors at 5:30 p.m. to allow participants to view the hearing materials prior to the presentation. The presentation will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m., followed by a formal public comment period. St. Cloud Community Center 3101 17th Street, St. Cloud, FL, 34769 This will include a formal presentation and the project team will be available for discussion. If you are unable to attend the hearing, comments can also be provided through the project webpage at one.osceola.org/sunbridgeparkway or by email Stephanie.Underwood@osceola.org. While comments about the project are accepted at any time, they must be received or postmarked by Saturday, February 14, 2026, to be included in the formal hearing record. Questions can be answered by calling the Osceola County project manager Stephanie Underwood, PE, at (407) 742-0565. A summary of the hearing will be available on the webpage approximately 30 days following the close of the comment period. Technical reports will also be made available at the Veterans Memorial St. Cloud Library and the Osceola County Administration Building for public view on from January 13, 2026, to February 4, 2026.
