	The Florida Department of Transportation, District 2 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Project Description: Financial Project Identification Number (FPID): 209659-9, I-10 at Stockton Street Interchange Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 2 invites you to a Hybrid Public Meeting to discuss proposed improvements to I-10 at the Stockton Street interchange in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. The purpose of the public meeting is to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed improvements. A Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study is being conducted by FDOT to evaluate alternatives to improve the safety and operational performance of the Stockton Street interchange at I-10. This project proposes to relocate the existing westbound I-10 on and off ramps to the east to extend the distance for vehicles merging onto I-10 westbound and to improve the on and off ramps geometries. For your convenience, there are several options for you to participate in the Public Meeting, including a virtual/online option and an in-person option. All participants, regardless of the platform they choose, will receive the same information about the proposed project. All comments received in-person, virtually, or electronically will be given equal consideration. A presentation will begin at 6:00 PM followed by an opportunity for attendees to provide oral comments. (Please note, Internet Explorer cannot be used to register or attend this webinar). IN-PERSON - Open House: 4:30-6:00 PM, Presentation & Public Comment Period: 6:00 PM Attend in person at the FDOT Urban Office Training Center, 2198 Edison Ave., Jacksonville, Florida 32204. The in-person meeting will begin as an open house format from 4:30 - 6:00 PM. A presentation will begin at 6:00 PM, followed by an opportunity for attendees to provide oral comments. Persons wishing to submit written comments may do so at the public meeting, on the project website, or mail/email them to the FDOT Project Manager at the address provided by February 19, 2026, to be included in the public meeting record.
