61G20-1.001

Florida Building Code Adopted

PURPOSE:

House Bill 683 (2025), House Bill 913 (2025), Senate Bill 180 (2025), and House Bill 551 (2025) made changes to statutory provisions which are included in or addressed by the Florida Building Code. In order to reflect these changes, the Florida Building Commission must amend the Code.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments will incorporate various statutory provisions into the Florida Building Code.
