PURPOSE:

The purpose of these rules is to implement section 337.4031, Florida Statutes (F.S.), which requires the Department of Commerce (“Department”) to adopt rules to administer the Utility Relocation Reimbursement Grant Program.

SUMMARY:

These rules provide the procedures, administration, and eligibility criteria for the Utility Relocation Reimbursement Grant Program.
