PURPOSE:

The Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD) gives notice that it is initiating rulemaking for the purpose of repealing water well rules to meet the requirements of Section 120.5435(4), F.S. The effect will be more understandable and streamlined rules; and reduced regulatory burdens.
