	The The Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 25, 2026, 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., EST

PLACE:	City Commission Conference Room, Lakeland City Hall, 3rd Floor, 228 Massachusetts Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33801

Subject:	The Acquisition and Restoration Council (ARC), as defined in Section 259.035, F.S., announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited. The purpose of this meeting is for ARC to take public testimony on the 2026 Florida Forever Cycle 1 project proposals. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Hank Vinson with the Division of State Lands at hank.vinson@floridadep.gov, or by visiting the Department of Environmental Protection website beginning February 9, 2026, at https://floridadep.gov/lands/environmental-services/content/acquisition-and-restoration-council-arc. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, handicap, or marital status.
