Long-term Anchoring

PURPOSE:

This rule is being established to implement to create an electronic application and permit system for the long-term anchoring of vessels on Florida waters as provided for in section 327.4111, F.S.

SUMMARY:

Implementing the application system for the Commission to issue permits for long-term anchoring of vessels in Florida’s waterways pursuant to section 327.4111, F.S.
