Purpose and Implementation

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking is undertaken pursuant to section 120.54(1)(i)6., F.S. The Department is amending subsection 62-330.010, F.A.C., to incorporate the updated Environmental Resource Permit Applicant’s Handbooks, Volume II, for use in the Suwannee River (rule 40B-400.091(1), F.A.C.), St. Johns River (rules 40C-4.091(1) and 40C-44.091(1), F.A.C.), Southwest Florida (rule 40D-1.660, F.A.C.), and South Florida (rule 40E-4.091(1), F.A.C.) Water Management Districts. The Districts updated their handbooks in coordination with the Department’s updates to its stormwater rules.
