PURPOSE:

This rulemaking implements regulatory changes that correspond to the new fumigation requirements for sulfuryl fluoride (SF) fumigation label updates, with new or revised definitions, updated forms, and clarification of relevant fumigation rule text. Forms no longer in use are being removed for efficiency.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking is being done to update the fumigation requirements and regulation in Florida’s fumigation rules to correspond to the new fumigation requirements for new sulfuryl fluoride (SF) products fumigation label updates. The proposed rules will adopt updated versions of incorporated forms to ensure consistency with the new sulfuryl fluoride (SF) product labels. The Fumigation Log, FDACS-13000, has been substantially rewritten.
