Professional Counseling Licensure Compact

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a new rule and incorporates application on Form DH5116-MQA, Application for Counseling Compact Home State Declaration-Current Florida Licensees Only and Form DH5117-MQA, Application for Counseling Compact – Florida Privilege-Holder to Home State License Conversion.
