PURPOSE:

The rule amendments centralize into a single rule the Department’s procedures for distributing correspondence to the parties and their representatives. Additionally, the rule amendments authorize the filing of evidence by uploading it to the Department's online system.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule amendments address existing appeal procedures involving the distribution of Department correspondence and the filing of evidence by parties.
