PURPOSE:

The purpose of the notice of proposed rule is to repeal the Rule Chapter and associated rules as the entire rule chapter has been rendered obsolete.

SUMMARY:

During a recent rule review exercise, it was determined that the rules associated with the Hampton Hills Community Development District (CDD) were rendered obsolete as a result of action of the Citrus County through adoption of Citrus County Ordinance No. 99-05 on 7/6/99.  The Ordinance dissolved/terminated the CDD and transferred all services to Citrus County.  No notification of this action was ever made to the Commission.
