PURPOSE:

the purpose of the notice of proposed rule is to repeal the Rule Chapter and associated rules as the entire rule chapter has been rendered obsolete.

SUMMARY:

During a recent rule review exercise, it was determined that the Central Viera Community Development District was terminated, and all services were transferred to either Brevard County, the Central Viera Community Association, or The Viera Company through Resolution 2004-2 adopted on 3/29/04.  The Resolution was adopted by the Community Development District and filed with the Brevard County Clerk of Courts on 3/30/04.  No notification was made to the Commission of this action.  As the rules are no longer necessary, the rules should be repealed.
