PURPOSE:

The rule amendments centralize into a single rule the Department’s procedures for distributing correspondence to the parties and their representatives. Additionally, the rule amendments authorize the filing of evidence by uploading it to the Department's online system.

SUMMARY:

Rule 73B-20.0261 is a new rule that centralizes the procedures for the distribution of Department correspondence to the parties and their representatives. The amendments to Rules 73B-20.014, 73B-20.016, and 73B-20.025 replace language specifying how the respective documents will be distributed with a citation to the new distribution rule. The amendment to Rule 73B-20.015 authorizes the filing of evidence by uploading it to the Department’s online system.
