Pharmacy Benefits Manager Application and Renewal, and Payment of Fees

PURPOSE:

Rule 69O-238.001, F.A.C., provides that the fees for initial registration and renewal as a pharmacy benefit manager can be paid by check. The purpose of the amendment is to update the title to provide a more accurate description of the rule, to clarify payment by check instructions, and to include modern payment methods such as eChecks and credit cards, and to make technical changes.
