PURPOSE:

The Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD) gives notice that it is initiating rulemaking for the purpose of amending water well regulations to remove references to forms not cited in rule, relocate the application and completion report forms to their respective rule sections, and incorporate a new Interagency Agreement between SRWMD and St. Johns River Water Management District for permitting water wells in Bradford County, Florida. The effect will be more understandable and streamlined rules; and regulatory consistency throughout Bradford County.
