	The Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 14, 2006, 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Cabinet Meeting Room (Room LL-03), The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	This meeting is a regularly scheduled Cabinet meeting. The Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission will consider adoption of an amendment to Rule 42LL-1.002, Boundary. The amendment to Rule 42LL-1.002, which addresses the boundary of the Tomoka Community Development District, was published in the F.A.W. on September 8, 2006 (Vol. 32, No. 36).
