PURPOSE:

The purpose of these rules is to implement sections 290.0401-290.048, Florida Statutes (F.S.), which requires the Department of Commerce (“Department”) to adopt rules to administer the Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program.

SUMMARY:

These rules provide the procedures, administration, and eligibility criteria for the Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program.
