PURPOSE:

The Department is proposing amendments to Chapter 62C-39, F.A.C., to update rule language for consistency with Chapter 2021-188, Laws of Florida, and the required forms to make corrections to Department contact information.

SUBJECT:

The Department is proposing amendments to revise language and definitions in line with Florida Statute regarding Borrow Pits and Mines.
