PURPOSE:

These rules are being repealed due to the Preservation 2000 Act’s replacement by the Florida Forever Act at section 259.105, F.S. These rules have been reviewed by the Department pursuant to section 120.5435, F.S., and are being repealed.

SUMMARY:

Repeal of these rules since the Preservation 2000 Act has been replaced by the Florida Forever Act at section 259.105, F.S.
