PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal meeting procedure and internal governance provisions that are better maintained in ECFRPC bylaws or internal procedures, while continuing to comply with applicable Florida law governing open meetings, public participation, and administrative procedure. The effect will be removal of these provisions from the Florida Administrative Code.

SUMMARY:

ECFRPC proposes to repeal Rules 29F 2.101 through 29F 2.105. These rules address general introductory language for Chapter 29F 2, procedures for meetings, hearings and workshops, scheduling and noticing meetings, conducting meetings including minutes practices, and rule and policy making proceedings.
