29F-3.112

Mediation

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule development is to amend Rule 29F-3.112 to update outdated references concerning mediator listings and mediator professional conduct standards and to correct an internal cross reference for the mediation report requirement. The effect will be to maintain an accurate mediation provision within the Council’s Regional Dispute Resolution Process.
