RULE:

69L-7.750

Insurer Electronic Medical Report Filing to the Division

PURPOSE:

The rule will incorporate the Medical EDI Implementation Guide (MEIG) by reference as well as remove the Revision F testing time frames.

SUBJECT:

The rule is being developed to move the MEIG from chapter 69L-8, Selected Materials Incorporated by Reference, which is being repealed, into Rule 69L-7.750, Insurer Electronic Medical Report Filing to the Division. Additionally, the rule will remove the Revision F testing timeframes due to Revision F testing having been completed.
