RULE:

69K-1.002	Fingerprint Requirement and Waiver

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will revise procedures for fingerprints, name changes, duplicate licenses, applications for licensure, and criminal history; incorporate forms; and update the Rulemaking Authority and Law Implemented Sections.

SUBJECT:

This rulemaking will address fingerprints, name changes, duplicate licensees, applications for licensure, and criminal history as it relates to persons and entities applying for licensure or licensed under chapter 497, F.S.
