PURPOSE:

In accordance with the rule review under section 120.5435, F.S., the Agency is removing sunset language and adding references to statutory citations in the rule history.

SUBJECT:

Definitions used in Chapter 65G-2, F.A.C., and the personal needs allowance that residential facilities must set aside when serving as the representative Medicaid payee.
