69K-7.010	Reporting Requirements for Preneed Licensees Utilizing a Surety Bond in Lieu of Maintaining a Trust Fund
69K-7.013	Procedures for Filing a Claim through the Department

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will revise reporting and claim filing procedures, incorporate updated forms, and update the Rulemaking Authority and Law Implemented Sections.

SUBJECT:

This rulemaking will address reporting requirements and claim filing procedures from the Preneed Trust Fund.
