PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will revise licensure, fee, and continuing education requirements; incorporate forms; and update the Rulemaking Authority and Law Implemented Sections.

SUBJECT:

This rulemaking will address funeral director, embalmer, and funeral director and embalmer licensure requirements; active, inactive, and delinquent license statuses; fee requirements; and continuing education requirements.
